Do I need to be home during the roof repairs?
Absolutely not!

As much as we enjoy meeting our clients face-to-face throughout the entire process, we understand we all live busy lives. As such, you don't need to actually be at home during the roof repairs.

Having said that, for the initial quote & inspection we will require you to be at home to provide you with an explanation of what your roofing issue is.
Do I need to replace my roof?
We get this question quite a lot. People with older damaged roofs usually think they need to replace their roof. Or a building inspector may have also said they need to replace their roof.

A lot of the time, our repairs are more than enough to restore your roof and give it plenty more years of life. Saving yourself a lot of time and money in the process.

Roof replacements should only be done as a last resort.

Do you offer warranty?
Assuming you follow through with our recommendations then we absolutely offer warranty.

However, this warranty is based on the warranty that's provided by the products that we use. We only use the finest Australian products and these come with a usual 10 year warranty.

Please keep in mind, although majority of our repair services come with warranty, not all our services include warranty. For example, we wouldn't provide warranty for repairing a small gutter job. But, replacing it is a different story.

If you're still concerned, we would let you know on the quote about the warranty terms before moving forward.
How much does it cost to repair a roof in Australia?
It really does depend on your specific roofing issue, and what recommendations we provide you after inspection. Having said that, our usual repointing job costs between $3,000-$4,000.
How much does roof resoration cost in Perth?

Is roof restoration worth it?
Yes, your roof is the main part of your property that will protect the entire structure against water ingress. As such, its maintenance and restoration should be a high priority.
How often should a roof be recoated?
We don't offer reposting of paint as a service.
Are roof coatings worth it?
Not in my opinion. They are just mostly there for aesthetics, and don't have much functional purposes.
Will painting a roof stop leaks?
No. Painting a roof will not stop leaks - there are other structural issues that must be detected and repaired to stop leaks.
What is the best season to replace a roof?
Any relatively dry season is an ideal time to replace your roof.
Is it better to repair or replace a roof?
It's much more expensive to replace a roof than repair, but in some cases, replacement is the only option. Usually, we only recommend replacement as a last resort option.

What are the most common types of roof repairs?
The most common type of roof repairs is ridge cap vent repairs. Our team performs this type of fix daily, so please get in touch to ensure your roof is handled by a professional.
Should I switch to a tin/metal roof?
Recently, a lot of people have been exposed to marketing from tin/metal roof companies that portray tin roofs as the superior choice.

A common misconception is that tin roofs are immune to leaks. This could not be further from the truth!

Tin roofs leak just the same as any other roof. They have their own issues and leak in their own different ways. If anything - tin roofs make detecting the cause of the leak much harder!

Given this advice, we would usually recommend to stick to your tile roof but only go with a tin roof if you absolutely believe it will satisfy your needs.
What products do you use?
We only use the finest Australian made products.

Is my roof leak coming from my gutters?
A common misconception most homeowners have with roof leaks is that they will automatically point the finger at the gutters. But a lot of time, this is an inaccurate diagnosis.

How long will my roof last?
After our repairs, alongside the warranty, you can expect your roof to last at least another decade. If not 20-30 years extra. This is obviously dependent on each individual's roof.
How long does it take to repair or replace my roof?
Majority of our jobs are completed within 1-2 days. However, a replacement job can take all week to get done. Which is also why we usually recommend against replacement jobs unless it is absolutely necessary.
Can I repair my roof myself? (DIY)
It depends on each individual. If you're someone that's done a lot of DIY projects then you can give it a shot. Apart from the cost involved, your DIY job may end up delaying the issue rather than resolving it once and for all.
